Very disappointing, fortunately I am a pretty knowledgable person about home repairs and improvement but not sure about messing with gas lines.The person did not have parts needed for the job,homeowner happened to have the parts. The person was asking the homeowner for advise. The homeowner did 3/4 of the labor. If the person that hires this company is not a handyman themselves, I am pretty sure the customer would be very disappointed.
