What a history lesson in this store. Kirby has a vast collection of early southern history relics and memorabilia that will amaze any American history buff! He is as well, very knowledgeable on the subject.

All I can say is WOW!!! This place is top of the line when it comes to service, honesty and integrity! Long story short I had gold and silver along with several coins that I had shopped around many places pawn shops (LOL WHAT A JOKE) and several gold buyers in my area and wound up making a two hour drive just from word of mouth about this place and boy was it worth it. I live in Memphis and this guy BEAT THE SOCKS OFF OF ACCENT!!!! Accent offered me 36% less for my gold, silver and coins than Kirby did! I WILL TELL YOU THIS AND I MEAN IT .....I WOULD RATHER DRIVE FROM MEMPHIS OUT TO LITTLE OLD RIPLEY, MS TO DO BUSINESS THERE WITH KIRBY JUST BC HE EXPLAINS EVERYTHING AND BREAKS IT DOWN AND MOST OF ALL HE SEEMS TO CARE WHETHER YOU LEAVE HAPPY OR NOT. I will say I have found no one in the Mid-South that pays more and beleive me I have tried. This is the type of old time service and integrity rarely seen in the market today. You gained a customer for life.

Took more than his time to explain and separate the types of gold jewelry and coins I had and even went as far as showing me online what percentage of gold each karat of jewelry contained and broke it down to a very understandable level.... That way ther was no doubt I got the most possible for my scrap and unwanted jewelry. I love this place and will take my business nowhere else. I learned more in 45 minutes at this shop than I have doing business at pawn shops over the last 5 years. This guy knows what he is talking about and don't care to share his knowledge with you. Also had a few antiques and odd coins that he and I looked up together and agreed on a very reasonable price according to the market. He even worked out a great trade on an item he had that I wanted! I will continue to do and refer business to Kirby at this store bc he is honest and seems to actually care for his customer...I am happy that there is actually someone honest in our area in this business. Seriously great guy and great business with lots of neat items on display and for sale.

Took handful of broken jewelry and an old guitar into Kirby and wound up with $1023.00 for something I had been offered these of $450.00 at most do several times...he beat the highest offer I found just in Ripley by several hundred dollars and did not hesitate to pay on the spot....also had an old Gibson guitar that several places told me was worthless and offered $140.00.....needless to say Kirby paid me $550.00..... Nothing compares to the service and environment in this store. I love this place and there is so much to see and even buy! Also, awesome selection of metal detectors!!!!! Thanks Kirby!

Will tell you this.... I have never been treated any better by a shop in my entire life!!!!!!!! I have bought and sold gold, silver , and coins for 35 years of my total 55 years alive and have never dealt with someone with as much knowledge and concern for his customers as I have at This store. Not only did I find the highest buyer so far in the state of MS but I believe to be the best payout in the Mid-South..... Prices I had received from places as far as Southaven and Memphis were no match for what was paid to me here for my items. I don't normally write reviews but I can and will say a visit to this place with your treasures for sale will result in none other than the fairest market value that can be allowed! Nothing but praise for a young man (veteran) working so hard to make an honest business and prove it. Will also say has a super great selection of the industries best names in metal detectors, coins, bullion, rare antiques and old guitars as well as all types of war relics! Wonderful trip to this great destination store. Kirby, you have my business and much more to come! Thank you for your help and honesty.

I was needing a little extra cash to catch up on a bill and after seeing all these we pay the most for gold signs and commercials I decided to check the old jewelry box for this so called "fortune" I was supposed to have and over the next few days I stopped in several townships including Tupelo, Booneville, Corinth and Ripley as I have job that requires me to be on the move daily. Just so happened I googled MS Gold and this buisiness popped up so I decided to give it one more try before I landed on my highest offer of $225.00 which was offered by a buyer in Corinth and my second was by a buyer in Tupelo. I pulled up and walked in to a more than comfortable enviroment with lots of coins and other great items that ended up keeping me looking and talking for almost and hour. I think it was Kirby who said he was the owner who helped me. I told him why I was there and he said it's our job to make sure you get the most for these items. I laid what was barely as big as a silver dollar amount of broken jewewlry (bracelet, ring, necklace and a couple of mismatched earrings) down and waited the news. (not telling him I had already stopped several places around other town

ships) I had written my other offers down. He weighed the items and informed me of my weight and the precentages of what 10k and 14k gold contained then pulled a pen and paper near and wrote a number and slid it to me. I opened the paper and couldn't beleive the $612.00 offer that he backed with cash on the spot. Hands down the service and enviroment was great and not like a pawn shop which was the majority of my low-ball offers. He even beat those guys who run that back page color ad in the Tupelo paper every sunday by hundreds of dollars.
