Do not use this company. Their "good faith" estimate did not reflect the service provided. The technician, who knocked-out our phone service, had to return twice to correct his mistakes and the company is trying to charge us for his incompetence. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this company!

Bob was great at explaining what I needed for security without trying to sell me other things I didn’t need, which is what other companies had tried to do. I felt extremely happy and confident that I was getting what I needed and the price was very competitive for the monthly service and even cheaper than all the other companies I compared. Bob also gave important tips on other ways to protect my home. He did a great job. He was on time, was in and out under 2 hours and explained the features of the unit completely. I would highly recommend Mcieastern!

Do not use these people they will give quote one price and bill you for another. They will not negotiate and my bill was inflated to more than double the agreed price.
