Very unfriendly. Took my dog there for the first time and they had a great dane roaming around. When I told the person at the shop that my dog could be aggressive towards large dogs (because he was attacked twice by large dogs) she didn't want to put her dog away so we walked out...as we walked out she said "oh well"...how could I trust a person with such a bad attitude and such lousy customer service with my dog. Truly believe I dodge having my dog treated badly.

I've been going there for years with my terrior, roxy until this past year when we had to put her down. Towards the end Kim was so compassionate and understanding. She made appointments convenient for us. Now we have a big goofy beagle mix that only kims dynamic personality can handle. She is professional and neither one of my dogs have ever come back with a rash, cut, or any other sign of unprofessionalism. I would and have reccomended Garden State Barkway to anyone who wants the utmost care when grooming for their dog.
