Great family salon the girls there are so wonderful

My family and I have been in several times since the opening .While they are in a great location there is room for improvement. We want you to succeed ! More attention to detail on customer service would be a suggestion . I myself and have seen several others waiting walk in the door and wait very long periods of time before being greeted or addressed ,this is not good . Also, the hairdressers should not be made to answer the phone . This does not make you feel like you have their undivided attention or you are a valued client to the business. A devoted front desk receptionist would be a great improvement. Just a thought ! You have an EXCEPTIONAL GEM in Mary Kay ! Jillian and Adrienne are also GREAT ! Some of the others maybe NOT SO MUCH !

ive been going to this salon since it opened and i have never been disappointed!!!! i always go to adrienne and she does an amazing job. i have brought my mother n grandmother to her and once again she does an amazing job. the owner of this salon is one of the nicest owners ive ever met in a salon. she is always there checking up on all of the clients making sure they are happy. i will always send my family and friends here! they now have a nail tech which i will be going to tomorrow and im sure she will be fabulous as well!!! thank you for bringing a great salon to rindge!!!!

First time going here and made an appointment, had a very nice older woman. Got a wash, cut and blow dry, and it was the worse cut I have ever received in my life. There are parts of my hair, on both sides that are too long and too short, not even a smooth look along the bottom of my hair around my head. I'm sure the other hair stylist are very good, but sorry will never go back.

Did a walk in at this salon on Friday, 8/5. Kate did an awesome job!! Just went in and said that I needed a quick cut...didn't have much time. She did my hair exactly like I wanted it and I was in and out within a 1/2 hour!!! 5 stars!!!!
