I have had nothing but problems out of this company. Back in October I rented a house through these people. The house had so many issues that needed to be addressed. I would have to request maintenance multiple times before ever getting anything done. I was 2 weeks without a stove. They let me out of my lease early because this house was so bad. I left a review of their company on their fb page and google. They convinced me to take down my fb review but I refused to take down the google review, now this company is holding my $550 deposit hostage and trying to bribe me with my own money to take down my review! Platinum Properties in Rincon GA is a joke and the way they treat and talk to people is horrible.
