This service advertise 24hr service yet they don't even answer their phone when you call them and would never recommend service like this to anyone

I had Latoya Bonnaparte as a driver twice in two days. She was just nasty. No greeting, watched me put my bag in the back, no thank you. She should not be in a job where she sees people

I was surprised to read your claim on Omega Taxi, savannah ga and Omega Taxi, rincon ga website that you provide 24/7 service in and around the savannah area. This is not true!! I called this morning at 7am, the gentleman that answered the phone sounded like I woke him up and told me that the soonest he could get a taxi headed to me would take two hours!! Of course this would not work, since I was having car trouble and I needed to get my child to school. My spouse was able to drive from job in savannah, to rincon, we took our child to school, signed him in late, went to auto zone, chatted, went to the gas station, installed the battery and they head back to work before said taxi would had even been on the way. Unacceptable!! This is also not the 24/7 promise they make on their website. With an advertisement in larger letters than the company logo you would think that you would, at the very least uphold the claim of 24 hours?? They did not. The 24/7 advisement should be removed since it is obviously false, or Omega Taxi of Savannah, Pooler, Port Wentworth and Rincon should do the bare minimum to uphold your advertisement, since your representation is only drivel. It would be faster to walk to the air port than to get an Omega Taxi!!

I scheduled a pick up with Omega Taxi Service prior to my arrival in Savannah and was met at the airport by a neatly, uniformed driver and a sign with my name. The taxi was distinguishable by its color (purple) and its cleanliness. It was a Honda Odyssey which was impressive. The driver was personable and funny. Upon departure from Savannah, the driver was early for my 5:50 a.m. pick up and provided me with a quick receipt upon request. I have no doubt that I will utilize the services of Omega Taxi Service on future visits to Savannah. Thanks for the professionalism and keep up the great work!

if your arrival to your destination is time sensitive, then you should definitely not call these incompetent drivers! it takes them over an hour to get to you, after lying about what time they will show up. about to start walking.
