Do not use this company, I did not make the initial call. They are comtracyed tjroigh a main company out of Savannah. Tje giy was rude who handled my call. My Refrigerator ice maker was serviced by this company. 3 weeks later it stop working for 2 days then started working again. They replaced the moter that controls the arm that pushes the Ice out of the Ice tray. After 3 more weeks it stopped working. I call the Savannah number and said they could not do anything till Monday. I called back and was given the name and number of the company who handle the service originally. And I called. They refused to service for no charge because they only warranty there work for 30 days. Even if the part has a 1 year warranty on it. That it clearly states on the invoice. So the guy puts me on hold for 2 min and comes back and states it's a $69 fee just to come out and look at it Again. I said I will use another company, because apparently you guys can't fix things.

I am glad I didn't read the reviews on here before I called them. I called them because I HEARD good things. When I called to set up appt, the girl was fantastic. Service guy was here next morning ahead of schedule. Very professional, worked quickly, and fixed our dryer for a very reasonable price. Could easily have ripped me off because I thought it was more serious than what it was. Definitely honest, friendly, and knew what he was doing. Wish I remembered his name! Highly recommend.

Don't waste your time

We had a morning appointment and the tech showed up 4 hours late looked at my washing machine and said alright it's going to cost you 65 bucks I paid the man and he said if we have the part we will call you! Wait what did I just pay for? Advice and no part! Usually a company will give a total for the part and work not this place he will give advice and tell you 65 bucks and he will see if the part is in stock!

Bowen refrigeration of Rincon Ga. is a very sorry co. I had a refrigerator problem that was covered by my warranty, they were the service co. they come out several times ,was totally incompetent , not to mention they tore up my new kitchen floor.

When I called there office to report the damage, the so called owner was very rude, combative, and down right repulsive, now I am stuck with a new floor with holes in it, this is not how you treat customers, I cant even give them one star rating because they are a zero star company, I have also put a large sign in my front yard to let everyone that I possibly can know how bad this company is, I have also contacted the better business bureau about them, its really a shame that a so called Co. can get away with such unacceptable destruction of ones property ' this has gone on for months now, and still is not resolved. BEWARE BAD CO. DONT USE THIS CROOK UNLESS YOU WANT THE SAME.

Don't deal with this place

One of so call technicians came out to look at my fridge and broke the front control panel prying it off. Then told me the mother board was bad and would cost $400 bucks to fix. Call another company they found that the ice flapper door was just broke and not making switch. (simple fix). Call the manager and he was very ignorant and showed no humility what so ever. Don't waste your time with these people please.

Do NOT give this company your business. Called them to perform the yearly maintenance on my HVAC system and to fix a problem I was having with my thermostat. Ten minutes after the service tech. left, I noticed the ceiling in the master bedroom was saturated and leaking onto the carpet. The tech. had managed to put a hole in the drip pan in the attic. I immediately called the company, and they sent the tech. back to my house. He put some sealant on the outside of the drip pan to stop the leaking, but that's all he did. Well, to be fair, he apologized, too, before he left.



After taking a few days to calm down and figure out my next move, I decided to call the company, ask to speak to someone in charge, explain what happened, and give them a chance to step up and do the right thing by repairing all the damage for free. I ended up being sorry I did that; the person I talked to (didn't get his name) was unsympathetic and unhelpful to the point of being combative. He suggested that what happened wasn't really the tech's fault and that the drip pan--which had never leaked before Bowen's man touched it--was somehow defective. He also acted like I was exaggerating the damage. When it became obvious that I was not going to get any satisfaction from the company, I informed the man that I would simply file a homeowner's claim and that he could fight it out with my insurance company instead. His response was, "Whatever makes you happy, buddy."



Oh, I almost forgot: remember the problem with the thermostat I mentioned earlier and that the tech. supposedly fixed--and charged me for? Well, it's NOT fixed, so now I'm going to have to pay another company to come to my house to (hopefully) do it right.
