I had a bad experience......not friendly, very rude!!!!

My family and I have always gone to Gemelli for custom pieces. I’ve gotten the most beautiful snd unique pieces from Gemelli. I have had a name plate custom designed for me by my mom as a gift for me in elementary school. I have a necklace for my high school graduation year in diamonds. I have a beautiful pearl necklace from Gemelli I got on my 18th birthday. We had a custom local union number ring designed in diamonds for my father, a ring that is so prominent and outstanding two other people bought similar rings to try and copy the style. I even have a beautifully designed Claddagh ring of 14k gold and diamonds that are nicer than the rings I saw in my study abroad in Ireland.
