I contacted Action Antenna recently to get info on a basic roof antenna installation. I live in Baltimore and wanted to pick up Washington DC stations. The guy in service was very rude, and didn't seem to want my business. They also quoted an outrageous price of more than $500.00. I guess they think they have the market in their hands since they are one of only a handful of antenna installation companies. I also called Marlyn TV. They came out in one day and completed the installation quickly with great customer service (Chick from Marlyn is the best) and their price was almost half of Action's quote.Action Antenna - you need better customer service!

Their technicians went out of their way to make a flawless component installation. They showed up on time, went quickly to work and made recommendations on how to improve the performance of the system installation. A job well done.
