Our new refrigerator need a repair and Authorized appliance was called. they came unannounced while we had company and making dinner, and this was not a good time.  That we needed to know that they would be coming to work on the refrigerate,   They said ok, that they just had an opening and hoped to get us into the schedule. but we were on the schedule for Thursday between 12-2.  We said ok that we would see them Thursday, but please call and let us know if any changes.   Tuesday was the 4th of July.  I did call on Wednesday, left a message and said I was confirming the appointment for Thursday, between 12 - 2.  Gave both home phone and cell phone numbers.  I know I was very nice on the phone.  We stayed home on Thursday to ensure we were here.  At 2:30 I called to see when they would be here, we were told that our appointment was canceled. They said that the service personnel were here twice and we refused entrance into our home.  Not true, they were here once without notice when we had company and getting ready for dinner. I did ask when they could reschedule, after much him-hulling the lady on the phone said that I should find some one else for the repairs since I was not happy.  I said I was I was not unhappy, just wanted a new date that they could come.  She then said they would not come back as we were rude to them.  I did begin crying.  I can be many things, but I am not rude, She told me to call where I  bought the refrigerator, as they would not come to do repairs. In tears I did hang up on her.  I called where I bought the refrigerator and they told me authorized appliance sent a message to her that I was very rude.  I am not rude, and highly resent being labeled as such since we had company and making dinner.  there was no way we could have someone else in the kitchen working on the refrigerator.    A  company spreading false rumors because they did not call and we had company is so unprofessional.  They would get a zero but I cannot leave  a zero.
