The customer service with JD Associates has been excellent. My wife and I have more than enough great things to say about the Kirby. The customer service we were given from our sales associate and the hard work that the individual went through to help support and offer their time and energy to make sure we were taken complete care of during the selling of the machine.



We have called several times asking for additional support and without delay they stop by or help us over the phone. We have only good things to say about the hard work that goes into selling the Kirby and have referred JD and Associates to several church members and people we know at work. Many have purchased the Kirby and are very happy with the service and product. We suggest JD and Associates as a 5 star company in service and outstanding machine. Thank you. My mother purchased a Kirby from this location and I was needing assistance with how to work it. The first time I called the representative stated she didn't have the slightest clue as to what I was talking about. The second time the representative answered she couldn't assist me with how to work this thing and I broke the lock. By the end of the call she hung up in my face. I am currently looking for a new vacuum but for 3,000 I will not purchase this for such horrible customer service.
