My business as a kitchen/bath design business and remodeling company has experienced mulitiple orders with defects, wrong sizes and insconsistent construction design. Sales reps are overloaded with production orders and do not pay attention to detail. Quality control ceased to exist at delivery time. My last job had so many production errors on delivery, the client had to wait over 5 months to get order right. With 25 years of industry experience and award winning projects, my commpany, Dunamis Interiors Inc, cannot afford to do business with a company such as Pacific Crest. There are too many good, affordable cabinet companies to choose from out there. Proceed with caution with this one
