done a great job on my washer his family knows my family from Richwood the Ellinwoods and jones

I wish I would have read the reviews before calling this company. The lady on the phone was just awful! I simply asked for the tech to call me back so that i could ask him for more information about what he was able to find. She yelled at me on the phone! Basically rude and said the tech was busy and would not be calling me back. That she needed my credit card info and would be billing the 75 I owed anyway and that she would not have scheduled me if she knew that I would not be there. Well, the tech knew I would not be there! He left before I got there and he was there earlier than scheduled time. Unbelievable! A grown adult yelling like a 5 year old having a tantrum. She sounds like your sweet Grandma when you schedule... It was so shocking to hear her act this way. All I asked for was an emailed invoice of services and if she could have the tech call me at his convenience. This is what set her off? No thanks. I do not need your service. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

service was great knew what the problem was as soon as he got here. was fixed in less then a hour!!!

We were promptly contacted by Moore's Appliance through our warranty agreement with Whirlpool when our 2 month old refrigerator stopped working. The repair was prompt and courteous. My adult daughter was at our home to monitor the work since I had a medical appointment that could not be rescheduled. The contract stated an "adult" must be present during the repair. After the work was completed, I had additional questions for the repair man. I called the CSR who was very curt and rude in responding to my request to speak to the repair man. She stated the repair man was too busy to speak to me and I "made a mistake by not being home." During my explanation, the CSR hung up on me by slamming the phone in my ear. Flabberghasted, I called again to speak to the CSR to request a call from the repair man. Again, she hung up on me. In all my life, I have never experience such rude customer service. I do NOT recommend this company!!
