The technician was on time, he was knowledgeable he was not trying to up-sell me. He cleaned up after the service. The price was right inline with market price.

If you are looking for a prompt and reliable plumber, Vertical Plumbing is the one you should call. As a Realtor I refer a lot of companies but this is the only plumber I use and refer and my clients are so pleased with their work. Vertical is very detailed when explaining what caused the issue and also explains what they need to do to correct it. This company is beyond to compare.

Very professional. Quick courteous service. I had a bathroom put in my basement and the previous plumber hooked the toilet and sink to the hot water. He stop answering when I was calling to get it corrected. I contacted Vertical Plumbing and 2 days later the problem was corrected and the pricing was reasonable. I won’t hesitate to call them with any of my plumbing needs.

I would recommend using this company the workers are very polite and helpful my sink in my upstairs bathroom kept getting stopped up Dylan came and cleaned my trap ( I think that’s what he called it) and I haven’t had a problem since thanks for your hard work

I highly recommend Vertical Plumbing if you want something done right the first time! My sump pump kept going out and I was constantly replacing them with warranties but I kept having to pay to get them installed. Dylan not only installed my last and final one but he told me the problem and Fixed IT so I wouldn’t have to keep dishing out money to every Tom Hank and Jerry! I appreciate honest and professional people who takes their job serious and actually identify the problem and not create another!
