We took our Mantle clock in for repairs in which we were charged 275.00 and our clock was never repaired. Since this was a German clock we were told they could not get parts for the clock , the clock was not repaired but they charged us anyway , what kind reputable company would do this to its customers? Rating this company would be a minus 1 from 1 to 5. We received no satisfaction from your company.
