Refused to fix problem..ac did...

Refused to fix problem..ac did not cool...charged $625 to fix....did not fix...employee came out and offered to fix on his own time for half price...did not fix...called president....he refused to help us further...refused to come out to see what was really wrong...a corrupt president and supporting a corrupt employee. Anothe company (modlothian ac) came out and correctly diagnosed our problem. Marshall has $825 of our money without helping us or solving our problem. Caused our family financial grief and many tears....opposite their core values....
