This is the worst insurance company on the planet. One of their drivers rear ended me and it took a lot of going back and forth and still ended in a negative and unsatisfactory way as far as I am concerned.. Hannover Insurance Company has a non existing custormer Service Department and the claims adjusters have bad and nasty attitudes.. If you are ever involved in an accident with one of their clients be very careful of whatever they tell you . This insurance company in no way will consider the inconvience caused when involvedin an accident with one of their clients and will not in the least care about it. In the end you will be inconvienced and pulling money out of your pocket. All I wished for was a little understanding of my situation but that was not forthcoming.

One of their drivers rear-ended me, it took a weeks of going back and forth with nasty service representatives. Don't trust these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an accident and this insurance company wouldn't pay until I got a lawyer and took them to court. Even though their client was givin a ticket and found guilty in court. It took me 10 months to see a dime to get my Motorcycle fixed. I'm still fighting to get them to pay my medical bills. This company is this worst I have ever dealt with and I hope they go out of business. I have also reported them to the BBB.
