Provided by YP.comI usually have a great experience but made an appointment with my regular person yesterday and was made to wait 20 minutes because someone before me was late. Then they took another person in front of me who had an appointment the same time i did. I work in customer service and this is appalling to me. I was asked to come in the next day! Rude! I should've been taken care of immediately! Obviously you need a new receptionist! Won't be going back again! I was made to feel like i didn't matter.. :(
