I've used Conquest Graphics for every print jobs I've had for the last several years. As I do not order print daily, I've relied on them to provide suggestions and guidance, which they've always done with great results. I highly recommend them!

We used for them for probably a couple years but when an issue came up they told us it was our problem and to contact the post office. They were supposed to have postcards for us sent out. We had many people say they never saw the postcard. We have people throughout the area that watch for the postcards so we know they went out. No one got a postcard. Nothing feels worst than not getting what you paid to happen. You feel ripped off...and than the company says, "We have signature that it got delivered." They told us that the number of homes that didnt get the postcard wasnt proof enough that the card didnt go out. We asked them how many homes they need for us to get as proof. They ignored us and didnt answer the question. It didnt get delivered if no one got the postcard..thats the bottom line. How easy for a big company that has helped their customer for several years to say, "this one is on us." And as a result they keep the relationship and show integrity for their service. But nope...they told us its our problem after 2 months of trying to get them to help us. Our problem? We werent the one hired to deliver it! Bottom line....when problems come up...THEY DONT HAVE YOUR BACK...THEY TELL YOU ITS YOUR PROBLEM!

Conquest Graphics R O C K S ! ! !

I have used Conquest Graphics for several projects over the last year and a half. I have consistently received high-quality 4-color printing. They have consistently met my deadlines and worked with me on changes. I believe their price to value ratio is the best I've found when it comes to printing. I would definitely recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again on my next printing project.

You guys ROCK!

We will never use Conquest Graphics in Richmond, VA again! We publish a bi-monthly real estate guide and have used Conquest Graphics to print it for us for the past 4 issues. We sent our sales rep with Conquest, Garland Swartz, an email on 11/25/08, 2008 and questioned when we would need to get our magazine product uploaded to them in order to have it in our hands in Calhoun, GA on 12/31/08. Mr. Swartz emailed back and told us that it would need to be to them by 12/15/08 in order for us to have it on the 12/31/08. We had our product and payment to them by 12/15/08. Imagine our surprise when on December 30th, we were on the phone and email all day with Garland trying to figure out why we weren't going to get our magazine until the 1/5/09! Conquest has done nothing to rectify this situation and basically just laughed us off. We lost the business of this real estate company because of this incident. I would not recommend Conquest Graphics to anyone!

They Lie and Their Service Stinks!!!

We will never use Conquest Graphics in Richmond, VA again! We publish a bi-monthly real estate guide and had Conquest to print it for us. We sent them an email on November 25th, 2008 and questioned when we would need to get our product to them in order to have it in our hands on December 31st, 2008. Their sales rep, Garland Swartz, emailed back and told us that it would need to be to them by December 15th, 2008 in order for us to have it on the 31st. Not only did we have our product to them, but we had payment to them on the 15th of December. Imagine our surprise when on December 30th, we were on the phone and email all day with Garland trying to figure out why we weren't going to get our magazine until the 5th of January! Garland has back-tracked on everything he has promised...and unfortuntely must think that because my husband has an accent (he's Danish), he can just load him full of bull and it's acceptable. This is the most unprofessional and lacking service I have ever received in my 5 years in publishing magazines. I have never heard so many lies and cover-ups in my life (luckily, we have all of our emails saved!). I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!
