I typically do not write reviews for places, and I am not even a resident at these apartments. I am currently looking for an apartment to live in and went here seeking information. The person who spoke to us was very unpleasant and did not seem interested in giving us any information other than no apartments were available in our price range at this time. With that we were dismissed. I would have liked to get more information about the property because they did have apartments smaller than the one available at that time, and my husband and I are able to be flexible with our move in. However, she did not seem to care. Thus, they have lost a potential resident for the future as I would not go back based on this first experience. I also made sure to let my mom know about this experience as she is a realtor who works with many people who need to move to apartments as their home is being built.

There is no courtesy from the management, They are professional making feel you like a delinquent not a customer, there is no respect, a good mood from them, there is no way to prove their discriminatory attitude. There are more places in Richmond and Katy with managers who know about kindness is sad because the apartments are OK. I used to live there and never saw courtesy in their faces I just saw a mocking smile or they make you feel like a fool, they always had the power and wisdom. For the rent price you can find a better place to live. Think twice before rent in this place.

Management was nice very helpful. I like how they keep up with the grounds. The Apt is gorgeous in side . Nice to having a garage plenty of room for my big car. Except when people park there car in front of the garage but management keeps that in control. Love living here. I am trying to get more friends to move here.
