I took my laptop in to Fort Bend Computer recently and have to say that I was very pleased with their customer service and how fast they fixed my problems. Chris, one of the techs there, took the time to listen to me explain what the problem was I was having, and, after taking a quick look, was able to determine that all I needed was new memory stick. All in all, I was very pleased and will definitely go back next time my laptop starts acting up!
