Business going downhill on a landslide! Just a few months ago, I recommended this place often. Now, they have lost items, stained items, and have refused to pay for a damaged item. I even had to go in the back to view a long rack of clothes which were items they were not sure of who owned them. I was able to find my suit shirt. The most amazing piece is they said there was no record of my business before 2014. I guess they were confused by the Thanksgiving table runner which was misplaced by them before Thanksgiving, or the suit pants that have been missing since Oct (yes, the ones which went with the suit shirt I found), or maybe about the other thousands of dollars I have spent since their opening. I could go on and on about the nightmares this place has given my friends and me since the original worker moved back to India. Good riddance Brite Touch.
