This place is seriously a joke..open for maybe 4 hours a day. Closed on every holiday they can think of. Very overpriced for packages, just an altogether joke. They get mad if you ask for a student discount by the way even though it's only 10% off.

The best and cleanest place to tan in Richmond...

Very upset with the rudeness!! Called to see when their last appointment is taken and was told 8:45 and when I got there at 8:40 the doors were locked. Stood there waiting for them to come to the door and the man told me the last appointment was at 8:40. However their "computer" said it was later. Terrible customer service...hours posted say 9:00....well then you should be able to come in until then!!

Don't get there 19 minutes before they close or they will not let you in regardless if you are staying just 15 minutes!! Very rude!!

I love this tanning bed! it is awesome! The people are so nice there and there beds are amazing and do not burn you! I highly recommend going here! And they have reasonable prices.
