If there was half a star I would rate it as half. This place is like a war zone when you enter the waiting room. The staff is rude to the patients and treat them like garbage. The staff is unhappy with their lives and their unhappy with management. The managers that work there are unprofessional all they ever do is gossip. Harry Koster is a cheap Jewish scumbag. My heart goes out to the staff that work there because they are treated like if they're in the holocaust . The management, managers and bosses there are like Hitler and the Nazis. Workers are overworked and underpaid and under appreciated and exploited at NY Vision Group. Wait time at this office is ridiculously long you can bake a Thanksgiving dinner and they still won't see you until Christmas lunch.
