I got Shakeel as my Exterminator. Very nice knowledgable and answered all the questions my wife and I had. He did a very thorough job got all the corners creases and crevices. He was came a bit after the scheduled time which was ok since we needed to clean up some more before he came. He exterminated bed bugs.

About a year ago I had a scary problem of rodents at a new house I bought. I called a few different companies who all wanted to schedule inspection appointments and then come back to do the actual work. Plus they charged ridiculous prices for just a inspection visit. I finally found Bug Techs on the yellow pages and was so impressed with the courteous and genuine caring discussion I had with the owner, Shakil. He was willing to come out literally the same day and have the work done. His prices were very affordable. Aside from the prices and fast scheduling I was more impressed with his work. He did all the baits, wire mesh on some open holes at the radiators and he even treated for roaches, all in the same day. Of course I was skeptic since I thought rodents never go away plus I was worried they would die and smell but sure enough he was right on everything he said. They went away in no time. A year later we are still pest free. We did 2 follow ups in between but we didn't really need it since he did such a good job initially. Its good to hire companies that know exactly what they are doing and how to get a good job done. I would definitely recommend Bug Techs. Very knowledgeable owner and personnel. Highly recommend

Had a problem with bites and wasn't too sure where it was coming from. We had someone from complex inspect in which they found nothing.But I decided to take matters into my hands and went to the specialist. The owner was very nice and is very understanding. When the exterminator came he did a thorough job and so far, we've not had a problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
