Dec 24 recycle was not picked on Grace Ct & Spur 144.Told would be picked up Dec 25.Nothing happened Dec 28, nor Dec 29 so I called Bryan Rep 4pm.I was told it would done end of day, did not happen nor Dec 30.Called & left msg. Nothing Dec 31 Jan 1.Left msg.Nothing an 4&5 left msg. Sav.Was told they would contact Brayan. I was contacted Jan 6 saying Bryan Cty super would call.Never did get a call.Thanks Bryan.You must have tenure and think the "well" with customer complaints. THANKS AGAIN SIR (sir is said loosely, but trying to show you some respect)!!!DOES ANYONE READ THIS STUFF???This person must feel he is above all.
