Provided by YP.comI recently took my car in from accident and they took 2 months to fix. These guys do not know what they are doing. I had to take to another body shop to correct the mistake. My car wont be the same anymore. The body shop that I took it to told me that they did everything incorrectly and looks like amateur work. Paint color doesn't match! I would like to sue this body shop. Awful awful awful.
What type of car is this and when was it repaired at the shop? I am sorry that you are disatisfied with repairs that were done to your vehicle. I hope that you are aware that the shop's warranty for work completed on vehicles is for 7 years, granted there has not been any other damage done to vehicle since the time of repair. We completely stand behind our work and our customers' satifaction is our number one priority. If you would have contacted us immediately about the problems you had with our repairs instead of diverting to another facility, we would have tried to solve it with keeping your inconvenice to a minimum. Accomodations could have been met. As far as what the other body shop has said about our work, we uphold professionalism and would not resort to bad mouthing another facilities repairs inorder to gain profit.
