I was told the U-Haul trailer was the kind I was looking for (without ramp), but it was not (with ramp). I ended up renting it, trying to avoid crushing the ramp, not realizing that I had to pay for the price with ramp. The office personnel said it's my fault that I had complained to the wrong field personnel, even though he works there. She said I should have watch for their mistake and let the office people know to correct it. Really? Is paperwork for trailer rental is so hard to get right? Good job arguing! Make sure you watch the people to not make a mistake and take more of your money. Then they will yell at you.
