Very dissappointed. Called once to schedule appt, called the day before to confirm and to get a better time frame other than 7am-5pm. woman was very rude and wouldn't give an estimate. Went out of my way to get "cash" payment and had neighbor stay home all day waiting for them who never showed. When I called and spoke with two more people who were just as rude I was told they didn't come out since I didn't confirm appt a 3rd time. Guess they are doing so well with business they don't need mine.

Cheapest prices that i ever found! Crazy fast service! Ran out of oil over night called just about every oil company in the area i could find trying to get a emergency delivery that day asap so we wouldn't have to take cold showers that morning. Not only was ranson the cheapest price of any place i called they were the only one willing to deliver that day plus there were no additional emergency delivery fees even though i was a new customer! They were at my house in less than an hour after i called and the driver even restarted my heater and he couldn't have been nicer! Can't thank you enough you toke care of everything and had our heater up and running all before my wife woke up for work which kept me out the dog house no sleeping on the couch that night! You now got a loyal customer for life! No need to call around anymore when we need fuel! Great prices, Great service, Great people! What more could you ask for in a company?! Just wish i would have found them years ago! But better late then never! Thanks again!
