Provided by YPmobileWhen we arrived the restaurant was very slow, but we were not greeted with a smile in fact it seems that they were not even happy to see customers through the door. Although we were seated quickly and received our water in a timely fashion the waitresses were cold and unfriendly. We tried to order a dinner plate and pick our roles when we were scolded like children because we were picking rolls from the wrong side of the menu. We then had to ask which rolls we could pick, and decided to choose something entirely different. All of our meals did not come out at the same time, and we had to wait a while for the last order to come to the table. The fish looked slimy and odd in color. The taste was no better. Because we were paying for the meal we stomach all of it. On account of the horrible service and icky food we would not come here again or recommend it to anyone else!

Provided by YP.comNew Years Eve. Under 50 guests. Waitress frazzled and grumpy and told us "We don't have hot water, so you no have hot tea". REALLY?? Now, on to the food....The sushi my son ordered was delivered first and was a very pretty presentation, almost a work of art. The noodle dishes were terrible! Not sure what the odor was from my pad thai...Peas? Nasty..couldn't eat it. There were 5 of us and each dish was delivered 20-40 minutes apart. Waitress forgot my husbands plate completely. Other customers were complaining and had to have manager out to address issues. We gave up. Left a penny for a tip and felt that was too much. Never again

Provided by YPmobilethe food was great but I think it would have better service if they had more waitresses so the waitresses they have won't have to serve like 20 tables at a time. I definitely recommend this restaurant, the people were friendly and they had excellent food. One thing that would make it better would've been having more waitresses so the waitresses wouldn't be so tussled.

Provided by YPmobileThe food was great and the people were very friendly. There lunch menu is priced great and the amount of food you get is also amazing. We got there sushi combo and it was just the right amount. We will be back!

Provided by YPmobileFinally! A great restaurant where you are not interrupted every 3 minutes by some cutesy waitress asking "How is everything tasting?". In real Oriental restaurants, you wave at your waiter/waitress and they respond as soon as they can.
As far as the food's authenticity, check out how many Orientals and parties of Orientals you can observe eating there with obvious relish.
If you enjoy Oriental food, you'll love Sakura!

Provided by YP.comThe food was actually ok but the customer service was HORRIBLE.The servers never spoke to us except to take our order and when our food came they literally dropped it into the middle of the table without saying a word. I was absolutely dumbfounded that a server could be so rude. Needless to say I definitely wont go back there..
