I was unable to explain why the appointment was missed as she kept yelling at me on the phone. Grow up and then come back and attempt to be professional and conduct your business. Provided by YP.comThis business should be out of business. They severely abuse dogs and cats and charge a large fee to do it. What ever you do...stay far, far, away. Unfortunately, my dog learned first hand and I just don't know how they stay in business with there attitude and abuse. Prices are way too much.
MaryJaneishername we are so sorry your experience was so bad that you would feel we abuse animals. We would never hurt an animal. We are all animal lovers with animals of our own. That is why we have been in business so long and are booked out. Our clients know when they bring their furry family member in we will treat them with love and as if they were our own. As for price we are actually more reasonable then most salons in the area including the big box stores. We would be happy to talk to you about what upset you so much that you would accuse us of this. Provided by SuperpagesThis is one of the best Pet Grooming establishments in the Tri-cities and it is clean. My dog really likes coming to Purrcision Pooch Salon. The women who own and run this business are very good at what they do. Lots of TLC here.
