I have been taking my dogs to Amanda for years. She always takes good care of them and grooms them very well. Anything you want changed, all you have to do is tell her. She loves animals and has a big heart of gold. Thanks, Amanda, for all the years you have been taking care of my babies!

Great Job!! I have a very large golden retriever and PetsMart refused to bathe or clip her. I called Amanda's and not only were they kind and professional to me, but loving toward my baby. She always comes home super clean, neatly trimmed, and happy! I will not be going anywhere else.

when I first started taking my dog to Amandas she did a really good job. then a couple months after that I was in the hospital, when I got out I took my dog back to be groomed. Amanda herself was not in associate with someone that was going to do my dog. I explained in great detail what I wanted from my dog.I am statically told him to not cut her tail. when I picked her up that afternoon her child has been cut so short. among other things she was not given a bath, .when I called Amanda to let her know what happened I had to leave a message. she returned my phone call but she apparently was on her way home on her cell phone

I was trying to explain to her what happened and I inadvertently use the word cut and she saw that I said her groomer had cut my dog, so I'm trying to scream at her over the music in the background to get her to understand what I was saying but that didn't happen.she just told me that she would feel better if I found another groomer. now I'm all for taking up for your employees up to a point and I've had several friends tell me I should have sued her but the whole thing is just ridiculous.I have however found another groomer who is fabulous.

half heart, half time, half the work but full on the price. bottom line they do an average job, they don't mind cancelling your apt and asking you to r/s but if your late 10-15 minutes they want you to r/s..been a customer over a year...they just lost 1...

I wanted my oldest pup cut short hair for the summer and when I picked her up she was shaved...not cool. so when I took my youngest pup I did everything but draw it out for them so it would be right. They did decent on him.

I was so pleased with the job they did on my long-haired dog! I had an appointment with another salon nearby, that did not show up on time. I called Amanda and she took her right in. they had her ready at the time they said she would be ready and she looked great. I will definitely be using this salon again!
