I'm so disappointed, my mom can't get out of bed without help, she gets no help. She has a colostomy has a special diet to follow and hasn't seen a dietician yet, and it's been 6 days. They send spicy food, salad, beans, etc all things she can't eat. Bath days are tues,thur,sat. Hasn't had a bath yet. Her room hasn't been cleaned yet, has no hour water to wash her hands. We had to bring her supper tonight because they couldn't provide a diet for her. No fresh water it's passed. Her bed want changed after she had a accident on the bed, it took three days.
The staff is nice when u get them to come in.
I'm thinking off seeing if she can be moved.
