I bought a supposedly good vacuum cleaner and paid quite a lot. I mean a lot more than I could afford. I told the owner I only have an apt that is 426 sq ft and he insisted the vacuum was the best on the market...so I went for it. 3 years later ~~~yep it totally broke down and I tried to fix it but it is too flimsy...the parts are pure breakable plastic that you would expect on a cheap vacuum. I will not be able to get a refund as there was only 1 year warranty...so I really did mess up.I knew better than to buy this vacuum and he still did his sales pitch with no listening to the customer. You may have been in business that long but you better learn to listen what your customer needs not the amount dollars your making. I feel foolish for knowing better and not listening to my own inside voice. When you have this guy jumping all over the place and telling me using the type I bought is better to have bags than the ones who don't need bags. I took him for his word and am very let down.

Woody Mann Vacuums has had my business for many years. They have always been informative, honest and priced fairly. Woody Mann has sold and serviced my vacuums over the years with great results. I have sent my family and friends their direction as well all who have reported back favorably. I strongly recommend Woody Mann Vacuum.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. They kept my old Kirby vacuum running for years and when it was time for a new one, I bought a high end Riccar that I couldn't be happier with. It out performs my old Kirby in every way and it was less than half the price. These guys know their vacuums! I have friends who come over and wonder why my carpet looks better than theirs because they own a Dyson. Don't make the mistake of buying an inferior product just because they are good at advertising. Go to Woody Mann and buy a Riccar, you won't be sorry!
