The owner knows about as much about vacuum cleaners as a NASA Engineer knows about rockets. I told him my needs, and he got me the perfect vacuum cleaner, for a reasonable price, I might add. He told me more about vacuum cleaners and their various designs and qualities than I could absorb. While he was telling me all this, I could tell that if he could not sell me a vacuum cleaner that did not fit my needs, he was not going to push something off on me just to make a sell. He's friendly, outgoing, and serving. He sells new and used. I'll be back.
