Review update : Management contacted us and they worked with us to achieve an amicable result and we are happy for their understanding, support and care they showed to said problem and our concerns as they waved our fees. Through this experience I have learned that We all should be better at being well educated renters and inspect condition of items to be rented and make sure is stipulated in contract to make the whole process transparent.

Wouldn't mind renting there as they do hear your concern and put time and effort to keep your bussiness and a good customer - bussiness relationship.
