More than helpful and accommodating.Roger doesn't work at this location anymore so whatever location that he's at now you guys are lucky to have him. So today I had the pleasure of speaking with Brandi and she too went out of her way to help me. And for that I am thankful. I've rented from different Hertz locations ( lets not even talk about your HOTSY TOTSY location Downtown Dallas) and this one is by far the most customer friendly. Keep up the good work.
