Several reasons why I recommend this lender:

#1, I took out a mortgage with them January 1985, and they are still servicing that loan (albeit, it was refinanced from 12.5% to 8.5% in 1992)

#2, When I divorced, my ex received the house & loan in settlement. He has struggled to remain current with payments. Because he did not refinance, my name remains on the note. I began to suffer bad credit from the slow pays, so I contacted Guardian Mtg. I submitted copy of my divorce decree, they stopped including my name in the credit damage, and are fully aware of my situation - professional and caring.

#3, I have remarried, and when my new spouse and I are ready, we are returning to Guardian Mtg. for our home loan.
