Zaida Ferrer is a graduate of Dr. Rafael Belloso Chacin University (URBE) in Maracaibo, Venezuela where she earned a master's degree in marketing and sales management. Before joining Globe Life American Income Division (AIL), Zaida worked in a warehouse in Dallas, but she wanted an opportunity to lead. "I consider myself a successful and focused woman.
