I would give it 0 stars if I could. Long story short 6 years later still unorganized, and it's usually hot. The management is so stupid it's ridiculous. It's sad because my son has been there for two years. Some of the teachers are awesome like Kija, Make, Shozoda, and Sharifa. The ladies in the office are always changing things and don't notify you ahead of time. One of the women and I got into an altercation because I had an emergency and his aunt went to pick him up and had an ID but not her drivers license on her. Before I could explain the emergency she cut me off (like always) and I had to listen to her explain to me the Texas law. Basically it got ugly because she wanted to call me and my family rude because she wouldn't listen (as always) to the situation and be rational. As a parent who pays weekly dues for this unprofessional treatment is ridiculous. I'm happy I will be moving him to preschool and not have to deal with them again.
