I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS CLEANERS. WHEN I ASK FOR THE MANAGER OR OWNER WHO EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE , HUNG -UP ON ME AND WOULD NOT TAKE MY COMPLAINT. I WILL NEVER GO THEIR AGAIN. I REALLY DON'T KNOW HOW THEY GOT SUCH A GOOD RATING.
