We went to The Spa at II Creeks for a Christmas Spa gift from our physician; Dr. Barksdale. It was an amazing experience and all the women at the spa were so sweet. We had pedicures/manicures and massages and all of it was impressive. We go every year at Christmas time and I just can't wait for next year to return

I have never had a person where I felt like I had to go back to that person but I have already asked for christmas presents to see her again (the first one was a present as well). I also have told several people about her and plan on buying gift cards for friends/fam to visit her

The spa is very tranquil and relaxing and it's a nice escape from my busy life. I've used most of the services (nails, facials, waxing, massage) and they have all been exceptional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was the best waxing experience I have ever had. Jennifer was patient, kind, sweet and professional and offered products that would extend the longevity of my waxing.

Your customer satisfaction survey asked if my therapist had recommended products. She did not, and actually, I appreciate your organization not trying to get me to buy products unless I show interest. It's nice that you always let me just relax without any pressures!

I go here as often as my wallet allows, which ends up being about 4 or 5 times a year. But I'd go every week if I could. I've never had a bad massage. The facility is clean and the staff is very pleasant. The steam room is great and the atrium is the best-very relaxing and nice, with great snacks and tea selections. I feel totally relaxed before I even get rubbed! This place is so relaxing and tranquil. They have great massages; actually every treatment I have had at this place has been excellent. It's wonderful after a long week and you just want to relax in peace and quiet.

I LOVE Spa at II Creeks! They are an affordable, beautiful, friendly, modern, eco friendly and cozy spa that will give you better than basic spa therapies. It has a lovely steam room & sauna, very clean vanity area with toiletries to use, a zen modern waiting room with tea & treats and skilled professional estheticians/massage therapists. I love the coziness about it, and the wonderful products they offer. I had a GREAT massage therapist. Today, I went to another day spa today because it was less expensive and that was a mistake. Reflecting, part of the cost is being able to enjoy the amenities and Spa at II Creeks has the amenities and some...

I went back for my free massage compliments of the owner. My massage was great. They made sure to ask me how the pressure was and focused on my super tight neck muscles. I noticed to that the spa was cleaner. I really wanted to say how much I like this place. I really did. In fact, I could barely go to sleep last night knowing I was going to go to Spa at II Creeks today. The scrub was nice. The hot stones were really nice. I wouldn't say not to go here, I am just bummed. The place is gorgeous and they have all the amenities you can think of. We both got the Custom massage and it was designed just for me...I loved it, with hot stones and hot towels.

I've been here twice for massages. Have chosen non-busy times of day and practically had the place to myself. Each time, the massage therapist was excellent. People seem to be respectful of one-another's personal space. Comfortable & relaxing. I like the steam room & flavored water. I'd go here more often if the prices were a bit less. The space is gorgeous and the people were incredibly prompt, attentive, and friendly. My therapist was amazing and took the time to ask if there were any spots I wanted her to concentrate on or if I had any injuries.

Spa at II Creeks suggests change their name to Heaven. That is actually how you feel when you are there and receiving their services. Have experienced in other Spas the employee service just did what they had to do kind of thing. More kind of a mechanical feeling... To boot felt like I spent a FULL day with an hour service. I am pretty fond of this little day spa. Everything is clean and modern-sleek. I got the facial and massage combo. Both were great.

This was truly an experience for me, an experienced spa-goer. Everyone on the staff I encountered was friendly and made their contribution to my complete pampering. Absolutely the best massage I have ever had and I was offered hot tea after. the facial was more than just a pamper session - I learned some new information about some ingredients that may be irritating my skin and felt like I was in the most educated facialist's hands. The "spa pedicure" included a heated stone massage and I felt I was in a safe, clean place. I asked about tools and she said they do use an autoclave! I have definitely found a new spa home.
