This place is so AWFUL!
Bought a Rialto Coupon Book & this location was in there with a sticker that was for Buy 1 Plate, Get a Chicken Bowl FREE. Well when we went to use it the lady Michelle behind the counter said if we wanted to use it that we would have to buy 2 drinks as well. When I explained that the coupon didnt say that she then said Oh thats not our coupon. She also stated that some one forged the owners signature. She was very Rude, Disrespectful, and just plain Nasty. NO Customer Service Skills what so ever. Also when i asked for the Owners information she said she didnt have it, then stated well I do have it but it is private. Come to fine out that Michelle was the Assistant Manager & the Owners Daughter. I will never eat at this facility and we cancelled our party planning with them as well. We all Love Waba but this Location gives it a BAD NAME.
