Not happy they new from the beginning that it would be impossible to clean they also said they couldn't clean 2 spots they should of said we won't be able to clean any of it they offered to come back but I feel the carpet isn't going look any different.☹️

It's been said plenty of times, I will go ahead and say it once again; Carpet Cleaning Rialto is the best. Truly a top notch service provider. They offer the best services in cleaning all at reasonable rates too. We had these guys come on over to clean our carpet and also power wash the tile, sealing our grout and finally cleaning our old couch to bring some life back into it. IF you are needing cleaning services done, I wouldn't hesitate in giving them a call at all, they'll take care of you! Thanks alot!

I like the fact that these guys had came on through in such a crunch! Our doggies had decided it was too much effort to go and use the doggie door and when we were gone; our usually trusty house sitter had failed to notice this. We had a room full of dog business and it was not pretty. This was in our younger daughters room so we had to go ahead and take care of this immediately. We did what we could, but the damage was still there, so Rialto carpet cleaning showed up the very next that -- ON TIME -- and did a great job in cleaning and deodorizing our carpets. Will use them again soon if we have any other doggy accidents.

Super friendly individual whom was very professional and also efficient. The technician did such an excellent job in cleaning out the carpet. He had helped us in moving some light furniture as well, right out the way and he was done with our 2 rooms in else than 1 hr! The rooms look absolutely amazing now! What I liked most was the fact that the pricing was reasonable as well.

I was just about this close to killing my nephew whom had spilled this blue colored juice all over my carpets! I thought that I was going to have to change the carpet or something like that! Luckily I had found these guys here on this site and contacted them right away. The technician was a very friendly guy and Iwas able to get a quote, really fast and it was also at a reasonable price too. I have never used a carpet cleaner before so I did not really have anything to go ahead and compare these guys too; but they did amazing work and most importantly there were no traces of that blue juice spill on my carpet. Highly recommended!

After about 2 years of living here in our home, me and my husband had started noticing a rise in our allergies every time it was that we arrived home. We had tried vacuuming, dusting at least 3 times a week but nothing seemed to be fixing our allergies. We had then looked online and researched air duct cleaning and how it improves the quality of air in the house. One thing led to another and finally that's how we ended up finding the gentlemen here. We ended up contacting them and came out within the week and cleaned all of the air ducts inside of our home. Great work on cleaning up my carpet, gave me such a great deal too! They had shown up right within the timeframe which we had agreed upon, I loved the fact that they worked quickly too. Talk about an excellent company if you need to go ahead and have your couches cleaned. They are extremely polite and also punctual. They get the job done correct, best of all! I have had this company come on out and clean some of my couches on a few occasions because of some puppy accidents which have occurred. Not only had they remove the stains, they also removed the heavy urine odor from the couches. Great work!

Great, great, great service. Loved the fact that they were very accommodating to me and my schedule...even after I had ended up changing my appointment twice. Tech showed up right on time and as he was scheduled, we were even given a courtesy call to go ahead and let us know that he was right on his way. He said would be to our house in 20 minutes...in 20 minutes he was right there as promised. We did a little walk through and I had showed them all of the spots which I needed to be gone; the rest was history and they took care of business gracefully.

I have my highest praises for the technician whom had assisted me and also this company. This guy had really understood old and historic tile and really worked hard to preserve and restore it. I previously had a maid service come out and seriously damage my old 1930's bathroom tile but the technicians worked to remove the toxic product applied onto my tile and return the tile to it's original color. Great work.

Talk about a difference made in a carpet cleaning. I've had several different carpet cleaners before and all of them had done ok jobs; but for some reason (I am in no ways a carpet person) Our carpets look great not and look improved NOTICEABLY. I have quite an impossible schedule and they had worked right around it and even offered me competitive prices for all of their services which they offered me. Don't even bother with the other companies who are out there to stick you for your money. Give these guys a try and they will make your life easier. Gracias!

The technicians I was sent out were on time, something which is of extreme importance to me, they had great service and their work had spoken for itself. I will be using them whenever I need my carpets or my upholstery cleaned out. They had made my fifteen year old couch and my armchair, which had never been cleaned out, look brand new again! I had one of the technicians come on out and clean and condition my leather couch, he did such a great job in doing so! It is extremely soft now! The technician also explained to me the different types of leathers in making sofas which was actually very informative and not to mention quite interesting. I had him back over to clean the carpet of a rental house which I was leaving and he had done a fantastic job with that too. Always on time and always called ahead in advance to confirm his arrival. I really appreciate the professionalism; he has it and more! Fantastic!

This is absolutely THE BEST carpet cleaning service company that I have ever used. I found these guys through this review site approximately a year ago. My boss had asked for me to find someone to clean the carpets at my office where I work. I fell in love with the quality of work that these guys did and I started using them over at my place. Just last night my puppy had the worst accident ever...she has been sick! I called up Rialto carpet cleaning last night and they were actually able to accommodate for me today. The technicians had just left and they did a marvelous job on the carpets! I was just so relieved that all the stains were able to come out. Thanks!

Getting my carpets and love seat cleaned by Rialto carpet cleaners was one of the best decisions I have made in a while. Everything from the customer service to the result of my carpet and furniture was absolutely outstanding. When I called them to schedule an appointment I was helped by a very nice person on the phone who answered all of my questions and had a positive attitude which really influenced my choice of choosing this company do clean my carpets for me in a very positive way. Many other companies that I called when I was trying to find estimates were very rude and did not care much about their customers, or so it seemed like at least. After I scheduled an appointment I received a call for a follow up to confirm my appointment. The technician arrived exactly on time which all of the proper tools and equipment which looked very new and up to date.His method for cleaning my carpet was very interesting, he told me it was the hot carbonating extraction method which makes removing stains very easy. It was almost like magic. He also removed the stain on my love seat without any problems, it was very interesting top watch. It was obvious that James cares a lot about providing top quality service to his customers. He made sure that I was nothing less than satisfied with my carpet and love seat. If I ever need another carpet cleaning or need my furniture set cleaned I will be sure to call these guys again because I am so happy with the results. Thanks for the amazing service!
