My first service experience at Rhinebeck Ford was fantastic and I will definitely return. Dan, the service manager, provides exceptional customer service and attention. He is willing to take the time to discuss individual situations and concerns; I know a lot about vehicles and perform most routine maintenance myself, yet rarely is a service tech or manager willing to talk with this blond female at a professional level. Just talking with Dan on the phone convinced me that Rhinebeck Ford was the place to go. I drove an hour to get there, passing several other Ford dealerships on the way. The work was accomplished in very reasonable time at a surprisingly reasonable price. I feel that me and my truck were exceptionally well cared-for; this was easily the most positive service experience I have had anywhere. If you have a Ford vehicle, particularly a Ford truck, and live within a sixty-mile radius, Rhinebeck Ford is the only place to go for service.
