I visited Dr. Bansal this week on 9/21 and had worst exp. Mr. Bansal asked if I have anything else to discuss after regular checkup. I had all of suddn some low BP issue few weeks (I'm 36 and experienced first time) and started telling about that.He said, "Did I discuss this with his nurse?". I said 'no' as she asked few questions and went. I thought of discussing this with you.
I was surprised to hear Dr. Bansal response "take another appt. and discuss with my Nurse first before discussing this with me" He quoted that "If you to Grocery Store, it's up to you what you want to buy, tomatoes, carrots etc."I was shocked to hear this, am I there to buy tomatoes or discuss some severe problem with him. He said, he cannot discuss anything in this regard and left the room suggesting me to take another appt.
I have visited many other doctors and no doctor told me to take another appt. to discuss any issue if I didn't discuss with nurse. Please refrain visiting this doctor and his urgent care.

The doctor is so worried about making money. He can careless about your questions. I was there and he spent like 2 minutes then he left. But he wanted to make sure I was going to be back so he said next time he was going to wave my co-pay but I had to be back within 30 days. I paid copay when I didn't even have to. My insurance pays 100% for well visit. But they still made me pay. I will NEVER go back there to those scammers!

Poor bedside manner. The doctor seems more interested in making money than assisting the healing process. Front desk staff are very rude.

After years of subpar care for various illnesses I'm suffering, I decided to switch primary care physicians and chose Dr. Bansal. He was very receptive to my needs, both medically and financially. Already, I'm beginning to feel better than I have in years. I'm very impressed with the work he does, and I'm glad to have finally found a great doctor in the Columbus area.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor is very thorough and takes time to get to the bottom of any medical problem. He and his staff make you feel welcoming.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had..... The office has old equipment, the staff is not qualified, and the Doctor is the rudest most unfriendly person I have ever met. He is not qualified as a doctor and I would not trust him as far as I could through him. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here, it isn't worth it.
