Charged me twice for my order then all they said was it would take the bank 5-6 days to credit my account. Its the banks fault not theirs for charging me twice. Not even an apology...just a nothing we can do attitude.

I found flowerama on the inter...

I found flowerama on the internet as I was searching for a Halloween gift basket to send to my son who is in school in Columbus. I have since ordered a second gift after the impressive customer service I recieved during the first delivery. I ordered both gifts late morning and they were delivered before 3:00 even on Halloween. I received a phone call and email confirming delivery. It was so easy to order online, particulary for a busy working mom. They definately have earned my business for the next four years!
