The units are nice and the customer service was nice when first purchasing the unit. However, they do not respond to e-mails or respond to complaints. The bill is due the first of the month; however, they do not send monthly statements, bills, or even reminders. If you pay the bill on the 1st (the due date), they will charge a $10 fee. Again, the units are nice, but if anything goes wrong, I wouldn't count on the service. I would recommend looking at all untils in the area before settling on this one.
