I had the pleasure of working with David and had a great experience. David took the time to get to know me so he could find the best mattress for me. He explained each mattress and the quality that each matress had. I feel food about my purchase today due to David's expertise.

I went to Ashley after going to multiple places including overflow eastland and not only was the customer service excellent but tissy Westbrook also did a great job helping me decide which furniture to go with ! Very personable and welcoming will definitely recommend Ashley's and tissy to anyone looking for new furniture !

Horrible customer service even coming from the general manager! Will never purchase from this location again!

We went to the store with one expectation of a chair, even though they didn't have the exact piece we were looking for the store general manager and our sales man were terrific in helping us upgrade and find the same quality. I would recommend this store to everyone and will be a repeat customer.

Went looking for a specific chair this evening that we had found online. They didn't have it, couldn't get it, but made another chair of equal quality work for us. The sales man and the general manager were great to work with.

I spent well over 3000.00 dollars in this store.Started having problems with the love seat rocker -recliner not long after i purchased it. I was told when i bought it there was a lifetime warranty on the frame.T he first time they came everything was fixed for free. But now once again i am having the same problem and now they say i have to pay for the labor. I even took out extra insurance. I just want to warn anyone buying from this store they they will not tell you everything about your warranty until it is to late.like i said same problem 2 times on the same piece of furniture .I would think that alone would tell them there is a problem in the frame. So now i`m stuck with a broken love seat unless i want to pay an outrageous amount of labor .I will never buy at this store again and i`m warning you i would look around before buying here.I thought Ashley furniture had good furniture but i was mistaking BUYER BEWARE
